I hate going to the gym. Especially when there is a park near by. This is a simple work out anyone can do! Its quick, and....I wouldnt say easy, but it requires no equipment or an obnoxious trip to the gym. Grab a friend and push eachother to do as many reps as you can :)
30 Jumping Jacks
7 push ups.
10 burpees
20 crunches (you choose which kind)
10 squats
7 pushups
20 crunches
7 pushups
10 squats
20 crunches
30 jumping jacks
1 min wall sit or plank
10 burpees
Twice is a good start.
Better yet, do two. Rest a minute, and do a light run, then do two more!! :)

Sundried Tomato Pesto and Bacon Meatloaf (Paleo)
Sundried Tomato Pesto and Bacon Meatloaf (Paleo)
I love meatloaf when I am being strict Paleo because it is cheap, relatively easy, and really fills you up. This version has a great twist. I love to serve it when i have company (always a hit) and it is great for portion control as each loaf can be adjusted to you desired serving. To me it feels like a classy version of meatloaf :)
-1/2 cup sundried tomato pesto, plus 1/4 cup for tops (I bought it from Trader Joes. About 3-4$)
-1 tablespoon chopped oregano (dry)
-1 tablespoon chopped basil (dry)
-1/2 tablespoon (dry)
(if you dont have them, Italian seasoning will most likely be fine)
-sea salt
-yellow onion, diced
-1/4 cup of ketchup (i make my own, just google paleo ketchup)
(use your judgment, Im not a big fan so i chop teeny and use a little)
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 pound fresh grass-fed beef
(I tend to use buffalo)
-freshly ground black pepper
-1/4 cup blanched almond flour (can be found at sprouts or trader joes)
-1 large egg
-slices bacon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, meat, almond flour, pesto, herbs, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic and ketschup.
In a small separate bowl, whisk in the egg and add it to meat mixture.
With your hands or a spoon, combine the mixture well.
Make 4 equal rounds and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Wrap bacon strips around each meatloaf round.
Top each round with additional sundried tomato pesto.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked to desired doneness.

The picture is not the best looking, but i promise it looks great in person! :) And you can always spruce it with some red pepper flakes and/or green fresh herbs on top for extra color.

Top with some color :)
(there will be alot of grease in the pan, but when you remove the loafs and put them on a plate, they look fantastic)
Served with:
I would serve it with something very light. This is a heavy main dish. a few roasted veggies work. or non oily asparagus. Serve with a light spring salad (a little fruity). mmm mmm
