Kick my butt quick!

I hate going to the gym. Especially when there is a park near by. This is a simple work out anyone can do! Its quick, and....I wouldnt say easy, but it requires no equipment or an obnoxious trip to the gym. Grab a friend and push eachother to do as many reps as you can :)

30 Jumping Jacks
7 push ups.
10 burpees
20 crunches (you choose which kind)
10 squats
7 pushups
20 crunches
7 pushups
10 squats
20 crunches
30 jumping jacks
1 min wall sit or plank
10 burpees

Twice is a good start.
Better yet, do two. Rest a minute, and do a light run, then do two more!! :)
